Safety & Reporting

Use the report control on a post or listing, or email hello@thedeasy.de. To help us act quickly, include:

• The link to the content.
• Why you think it is illegal or unsafe.
• Your name and email, so we can reply (not needed for the most serious offences).

We confirm receipt, review the report, and act in proportion. Clearly illegal content is removed promptly.

When we remove content or limit an account, we tell the person affected the main reason and the rule or law involved. They can ask for a review by replying or writing to the address above, and we will look at it again.

• Do not send money for a flat or job before you have seen it and have a written contract.
• Do not upload passports, residence permits, bank statements or medical records unless a feature asks for them and you accept the privacy information.
• In an emergency call 112 (ambulance, fire) or 110 (police). DEasy cannot respond to emergencies.
